This website is operated by the Black Point group of companies. Depending on how you engage with us, the entity that acts as a controller of your personal data may include: Black Point DEV s.r.o. 2. Scope

This policy describes how we handle information in connection with the public marketing website at blackpoint.digital (the "Site"). It does not replace any separate agreement you may have for paid services, employment, or a specific project.

• Scheduling. When you book a call through embedded scheduling (e.g. Cal.com), the scheduling provider processes data you submit there under its own terms and privacy notice. We receive the information needed to hold the meeting.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure may automatically log limited technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps) for security and reliability.
