Comme KSK / Energy & clean technology
From equipment photos to usable technical data
Field technicians need usable equipment data, not another folder of photographs. KSK connects label photographs to structured technical values that a technician can inspect and correct.
- Field-photo extraction
- Source-linked technical values
- Technician review and correction

The challenge
The earlier process involved copying camera images to disk, searching through files, reading labels, transcribing values and manually assembling documentation. The challenge was to extract the right values while keeping the source available for review.
Our role
Black Point delivered KSK extraction and review. Its purpose is to shorten the technician’s path from an equipment photograph to preparing formal documentation.
Keep the source beside the answer
The interface presents the equipment-label photograph next to a structured result. Manufacturer, model, serial number, year and electrical fields remain associated with their source image. A technician can inspect the original rather than accepting an isolated AI answer.
Let the technician make the decision
The technician checks and corrects extracted values before approving document creation in the broader workflow. KSK supplies reviewed technical data for that process. A model’s confidence indicator supports inspection; it does not replace human judgement.
Design for the work in the field
The business value comes from reducing repetitive handling between the photograph and the document. The client reports a substantial workflow speedup. The result is a shorter path from field evidence to reviewed data for documentation.
What the work delivered
- A delivered extraction system for equipment-label photographs.
- Structured technical values with source-image traceability.
- Technician review and correction before downstream document preparation.
- A substantially faster workflow, reported qualitatively by the client.
