Longevity Center / Healthcare & longevity

From office-based workflows to a live clinic platform

Longevity Center moved from Word-based, office-led processes to a SaaS platform now used for daily client–clinic workflows. Black Point’s work connected technical evaluation, software takeover, infrastructure transition and continued platform development.

The challenge

Transforming the clinic’s processes also involved taking over software through a cross-border acquisition involving Switzerland and Luxembourg. The technical transition needed to maintain continuity while adapting the platform to Longevity Center’s business.

Our role

We carried out technical audits, took over the software, refreshed it for Longevity Center and maintained continuity through the transition. We moved it under the Longevity brand, deployed it on new infrastructure and built further capabilities. Our acquisition role was technical due diligence and integration; we did not negotiate the purchase price or lead the transaction.

Evaluate and take over the software

Technical audits established an understanding of the acquired software before takeover. Our responsibility extended into the transition and subsequent development, connecting the acquisition’s technical assessment with the practical work of running and improving the platform.

Maintain continuity through the transition

We supported continuity while refreshing the software for Longevity Center, transitioning it under the Longevity brand and deploying it on new infrastructure. The work brought the acquired software into the clinic’s operating environment.

Build around the clinic’s workflows

The platform is currently used by Longevity Center for client–clinic communication, file exchange, appointment scheduling, secure file delivery and questionnaire distribution. Further development built on the acquired platform to support the business’s needs.
