Data & AI Engineer

We are currently looking for a passionate and highly skilled Data & AI Engineer to join our dynamic team focused on developing cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • AI Agent Development: Create and deploy intelligent Agents responsible for retrieving and processing data from various enterprise systems to feed GenAI models.
  • Data Pipelines: Build, optimize, and maintain robust and scalable data transfer pipelines.
  • Microservices Architecture: Design and develop high-performing microservices seamlessly synchronized with Generative AI solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the broader team to implement GenAI solutions, ensuring strict adherence to data security, privacy, and AI ethics.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

  • Programming Proficiency: Solid commercial experience in Python, ideally with a strong grasp of the FastAPI framework.
  • Architecture: Proven background in designing and working with microservices and distributed architectures.
  • Database Mastery: Extensive experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL), NoSQL databases (MongoDB), and specialized Vector Stores (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Qdrant).
  • Big Data Experience: Hands-on practice with handling large datasets using tools like Hadoop and Starburst (Data Virtualization).
  • Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in cloud environments, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (including BigQuery) and Microsoft Azure.
  • API & Integrations: Experience in designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs to connect disparate systems. (Added)
  • Engineering Best Practices: Familiarity with code versioning (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and writing clean, testable code. (Added)
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to debugging and optimizing system performance. (Added)
  • Team Fit: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a natural drive to share knowledge and mentor peers.

Nice to Have (Big Plus):

  • Practical experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
  • Familiarity with Context Engineering, LLM Evaluation Systems, and memory management for AI models (Memory Stores).
  • Hands-on experience with Google ADK/SDKs.
  • A foundational understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) operate under the hood. (Added)
