ERP Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing, documenting, and modeling core business processes.
  • Actively participating in an international implementation team for our new ERP system (MS Dynamics 365).
  • Identifying areas for optimization and seamlessly implementing proposed solutions.
  • Creating requirement catalogs, software specifications, reports, and evaluations.
  • Conducting pre-implementation functional testing of the system.
  • Collaborating with process owners to optimize system workflows and performance.
  • Performing system parameterization and customizing features to fit business needs.
  • Administering the ERP system on a local level.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day operational issues within the system.
  • Providing ongoing, high-quality technical support for system users.
  • Developing comprehensive training materials and conducting user training sessions.

What we need:

  • Strong knowledge of integrated ERP system functionalities, ideally with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • A solid understanding of at least one core business process within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Excellent command of English (both spoken and written).
  • A highly service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Great teamwork and communication skills.
