SAP Fiori

This position is a crucial part of the IT operations team, driving enterprise user experience (UX) and application development via SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 for the Client's European regions. The ideal candidate will take charge as a proactive senior Fiori developer and administrator, applying their technical expertise to fulfill complex business design needs and execute seamless Fiori Launchpad deployments

What we offer:

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Extensive experience with SAPUI5 and Fiori design guidelines.
  • Solid understanding of SAP Gateway and OData service consumption.
  • Familiarity with SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) or VS Code, and version control (Git).
  • Knowledge of English (Fluent)

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and launch custom SAPUI5 applications while extending standard Fiori Elements to fulfill specific business needs.
  • Architect and maintain robust OData services (SEGW or RAP) to guarantee seamless data integration between the SAP backend and frontend interfaces.
  • Partner with functional teams as a technical consultant, transforming complex SAP transactions into intuitive, responsive Fiori apps.
  • Optimize mobile and scanner applications for peak performance in fast-paced logistics and warehouse environments.
  • Leverage SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Business Application Studio (BAS) to drive cloud-native development and deployments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend bugs to maintain a highly stable and reliable UI landscape.
  • Drive continuous improvement by adopting modern SAP frameworks, including ABAP Cloud and the RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP).
