SAP Development Specialist (S/4HANA)
For our Client, a global manufacturing company operating in the automotive sector, we are currently looking for an SAP Development Specialist (S/4HANA) to join their rapidly expanding internal tech hub. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact enterprise projects, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver robust SAP solutions that support the daily operations of a worldwide industry leader.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional background, including at least 4 years in consulting (or an in-house consulting team) focused exclusively on strategic, cross-divisional ERP and platform transformations.
- SAP Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, cloud migration strategies, and strategic technology transformation.
- Module Proficiency: Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA best practices in one or more of the following domains: FI, CO, PM, PS, PP, SD, or MM.
- Business Acumen: Practical experience in core business processes, particularly within Finance/Controlling or Supply Chain Management.
- Executive Consulting: A proven track record of advising and presenting directly to C-level executives.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and analytical skills, with the ability to thrive in an English-speaking, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- As part of a dedicated team delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation projects for global industry leaders, you will leverage your module expertise to drive impact across the following areas:
- Solution Design: Develop tailored solutions to navigate the digitization of existing business models and the creation of entirely new ones.
- Project Leadership: Lead innovative, high-level strategy projects within a forward-looking, international work environment.
- Technology Expertise: Stay ahead of key industry trends (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Cloud Transition, Central Finance) and advise enterprise clients on their strategic impact.
- Strategy Implementation: Seamlessly bridge the gap between high-level strategic analysis and the hands-on implementation of digital solutions.
- Business Development: Support the acquisition of new transformation projects, acting as a trusted thought partner and advisor.
